Napoli midfielder Kevin de Bruyne is facing a lengthy absence from the pitch following a significant thigh injury sustained while scoring a penalty against Inter Milan.
The 34-year-old midfielder clutched his right thigh immediately after scoring in the 33rd minute on Saturday and was substituted shortly thereafter.
De Bruyne was subsequently taken to the hospital, where medical scans confirmed he has suffered a high-grade tear.
