However, Chermiti's performance was less impactful; he interfered with what would have been an opener for Raskin, leaving fans frustrated.
Although Rangers displayed moments of vulnerability under Motherwell's pressure, this victory is significant for Rohl's side, propelling them into third place. They created numerous opportunities but need to improve their ability to convert chances into goals. Without Butland's heroics, the outcome could have been quite different.

At times, we delivered an outstanding performance, especially in the first 15 to 20 minutes. Both goalkeepers made incredible saves. We created several opportunities, including one that, on any other day, should have resulted in a penalty. Fernandez let his leg hang a bit and tripped our player; it seemed quite clear to me."
