Scottish Cup Fourth Round Draw Announced
Last season's Scottish Cup runners-up, Celtic, have been drawn to face sixth-tier Auchinleck Talbot in the fourth round of this year's tournament. Defending champions Aberdeen will begin their title defense at home against Championship side Raith Rovers.
Jimmy Thelin's team secured the cup victory over Celtic on penalties at Hampden in May, marking their first cup win since 1990.
Auchinleck, currently second in the West of Scotland League Premier Division, advanced to the fourth round after a commanding 4-0 victory against League 2 side Dumbarton. They will host the 42-time Scottish Cup winners, Celtic, at Beechwood Park, which has a capacity of 4,000 spectators.
Rangers will play at home against League 2's Annan Athletic, while three all-Premiership matchups are also on the slate.
Kilmarnock faces Dundee, Livingston will take on St Mirren, and league leaders Hearts will host Falkirk at Tynecastle. Additionally, Hibernian will travel to Dunfermline, Dundee United will welcome Ayr United, and Motherwell will host Ross County.
All fourth round matches are scheduled to take place over the weekend of January 17-18, 2026.
