Celtic narrowed the gap to Hearts at the top of the Scottish Premiership to seven points with a well-deserved home victory against struggling Kilmarnock.
Goals from Johnny Kenny, Kieran Tierney, Daizen Maeda, and Arne Engels ensured that Martin O'Neill's side secured all three points, despite having played one game fewer than the Tynecastle outfit.

The defending Premiership champions started brightly in front of their home fans, with Maeda shooting over the bar and Kenny hitting the base of the post with a powerful low shot.
Moments later, Kenny found the net due to poor defending from Kilmarnock. Robbie Deas stumbled while attempting to clear the ball, allowing Reo Hatate to intercept and set up the Irish striker for an easy tap-in.
