Personal Data: When you register or use Champslig, we may collect your name, email address, favorite team, profile photo, and other details you provide.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information such as device type, operating system, IP address, interactions within the app, and game scores.
Delivery Details: If you order a physical item from the Store, we collect the delivery address and contact details you enter, and we use them only to prepare and ship that order.

Approximate location: We estimate your country from your IP address, through a third-party IP lookup service, so that we can show you the leagues, matches and news that are relevant where you are. Our advertising and analytics partners, such as Google AdMob and Firebase, may also infer an approximate location from your IP address.
Precise location (optional): With your permission, Champslig uses your device's location to list the stadiums near you, show them on the map, and confirm that you are within 500 metres of a stadium when you check in there.
Background location (optional): If you grant "Always" access, Champslig asks your operating system to watch a small area around nearby stadiums, so that we can remind you to check in when you arrive even if the app is closed.
Your location stays on your device. These areas are monitored by the operating system itself (Android geofencing, iOS region monitoring). We do not upload your coordinates, we do not keep a location history, and we never use location for advertising.
When you tap "Check in", only the identifier of the stadium is sent to our servers, never your raw coordinates.
Location access is optional. If you decline it, the rest of Champslig keeps working and only the stadium features are unavailable. You can change or withdraw this permission at any time in your device settings.

Microphone (optional): During a Synchronizer show, stage commands arrive as a tone your ear cannot hear. The audio is decoded on your device only — nothing is recorded, stored or uploaded.
Bluetooth (optional): Used only to listen for beacon broadcasts in the stadium. No device is connected to, no device identifiers are collected and no location is derived from it.
Camera (optional): Used to read the show's QR code and, in the browser, to switch on the flash. Frames are processed on your device; no photo or video is saved or uploaded.
If you vote during a show, only your poll and option choice is sent to us; the list of shows you joined stays on your device. All three permissions are optional and you can withdraw them at any time from your device or browser settings.

AdMob: Delivers personalized ads and may collect usage data for ad relevance.
Firebase Analytics: Helps us understand user behavior and app usage.
YouTube: We use YouTube API Services to fetch video titles, thumbnails and channel names. We never download or host the videos themselves.
Videos play on YouTube, not inside Champslig: when you tap one it opens in the YouTube app, or in your browser if that app is not installed. Playback happens there, and what YouTube collects during it is governed by YouTube's own terms and privacy policy. See the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy:
Firebase Crashlytics: If Champslig crashes, we receive a diagnostic report containing your device model, operating system, app version and the technical details of the crash, so that we can fix it. These reports are never used for advertising.
App Store and Google Play: Premium subscriptions and other in-app purchases are processed by the store you installed Champslig from. We never receive your card details; the store only confirms to us that a purchase was completed.

We may share data with trusted service providers under strict data protection obligations, solely to operate core features.
If you order a physical item, we share the delivery details you provided with the carrier that brings the order to you, solely for that delivery.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data. However, no system can be 100% secure.

You can view, update, or delete your personal data through the app settings.
You may revoke your consent to data processing or advertising preferences at any time.
On iOS, we ask for your permission before advertising may use your activity for personalization. You can grant or withdraw it at any time under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Champslig is not intended for users under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy periodically. All changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
