3. Cristhian Mosquera - Arsenal

James Fielden: My selections are primarily based on the UEFA age-group championships I covered this summer, where Mosquera stood out as a reliable defender. He displayed confidence and aggression, contributing effectively to both defense and attack. His recovery pace is a valuable asset in high-pressure situations, making him a perfect fit for Mikel Arteta's style.
Although he faces competition from established players at Arsenal, the club has been dealing with defensive injuries, and Mosquera's record of missing only three games for Valencia in the past two seasons makes him a low-risk, potentially high-reward signing at a reported fee of £13 million.
4. Dan Ndoye - Nottingham Forest

With Anthony Elanga's departure, Ndoye presents an exciting prospect for Forest fans. At 24, he brings valuable experience and appears ready for the Premier League challenge.
5. El Hadji Malick Diouf - West Ham

Ian Dennis: Several Senegalese players impressed during their victory over England at the City Ground in June, but El Hadji Malick Diouf stood out. I noted interest from Brighton and Hove Albion during my commentary that night, so it’s no surprise to see him in the Premier League with West Ham, who have secured a real talent.

7. Simon Adingra - Sunderland
Age: 23 Position: Winger Country: Ivory Coast
Jonathan Pearce: I wish Simon Adingra the best at Sunderland. The talented Ivorian had a solid first season at Brighton, notably scoring against Ajax, which thrilled the away fans. He started last season strongly with four goals in his first eight matches, but his performance dipped as he seemed to struggle with competition from Yankuba Minteh.
I hope Sunderland fans are excited about his potential. An £18 million price tag is reasonable for a player with the talent to succeed in this new chapter of his career.
