Elijah Just delivered a moment of inspiration as his injury-time goal secured a thrilling last-minute victory for Motherwell against Livingston in the Scottish Premiership.
After having a goal disallowed by the video assistant referee (VAR) for a narrow offside, the New Zealand midfielder found the net deep into stoppage time, marking only Motherwell's second league win of the season.
Livingston took the lead early in the match when Jeremy Bokila converted a penalty after being fouled by Liam Gordon in the Motherwell box, sending the ball into the roof of the net.
David Martindale's team appeared unlucky not to extend their lead before halftime, with Robbie Muirhead and Mo Sylla both failing to score, and Bokila's attempt at the end of the first half being blocked.

Martindale had mentioned before the match that he felt like he was trying to fit square pegs into round holes due to injuries affecting his squad, and for the first 20 minutes, Livingston was thoroughly outplayed by Motherwell.
However, after scoring their opening goal, the Lions transformed, enjoying more possession and creating opportunities. Muirhead missed a chance, Sylla had a shot blocked, and Bokila could have scored again just before halftime. Meanwhile, Motherwell appeared deflated and frustrated as the first half progressed.
Despite holding 65% possession in the first half, Motherwell failed to register a shot on target, generating an xG of only 0.27 compared to Livingston's 1.38.
Similar to their previous match against Falkirk, the second half told a different story, but this time it ended happily for Motherwell.
