McKenna introduced Clarke, Ivan Azon, and Jens Cajuste, and their impact was felt just seven minutes later when they combined for a decisive goal.
Cajuste won possession on the edge of the Baggies' box and passed to Azon, whose shot was deflected by goalkeeper Josh Griffiths. Clarke capitalized on the opportunity, sending the ball into the roof of the net in the 83rd minute.
