Burnley Ends Losing Streak with Late Equalizer Against Bournemouth
Armando Broja scored a dramatic late equalizer, helping struggling Burnley end their seven-game losing streak by securing a vital Premier League point against Bournemouth.
Prior to the equalizer, Antoine Semenyo's curling shot midway through the second half appeared to be the decisive goal, seemingly steering the match in favor of the hosts.
This result leaves Bournemouth in 14th place, as they continue their own winless streak, which now extends to eight matches.
Although the draw did not elevate Burnley from 19th place in the standings, it provided some much-needed relief for Clarets' manager Scott Parker, as his team avoided equaling the club's record for the longest sequence of league defeats in its history.
