West Bromwich Albion Part Ways with Head Coach Ryan Mason
West Bromwich Albion has parted ways with head coach Ryan Mason following the team's defeat against Leicester City on Monday.
The 2-1 loss marked the club's tenth consecutive defeat away from home, leaving the Baggies in 18th place in the Championship, 10 points behind the playoff spots.
Mason's assistant, Nigel Gibbs, has also left the club. First-team coach James Morrison will take over managerial duties on an interim basis.
West Brom is set to face Swansea City in the FA Cup on Sunday, with their next league match scheduled against Middlesbrough at The Hawthorns on January 16.
